Dean George graduated from the Spanish Immersion International Baccalaureate High School in Eugene, Oregon in 2005. During said time she was often utilized as a translator and interpreter for monolingual students and also volunteered at the Migrant School of Education.
She then went on to attend the University of Massachusetts, Boston where she graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice, minoring in Spanish. This included fulfilling her International Relations Certificate component via OSAPs study abroad program at Oxford University, Trinity College.
Thereafter, Dean George took one year off to teach in Madrid, Spain as an auxiliary of conversation for the Spanish Ministry of Education.
After her break, she went on to complete her Masters Degree in Public Policy & International Affairs in Paris, France in 2012; her specialty concentration being, “Best Practice Solutions for Victims of the Illegal Sex”.
A few years later, upon return to America, Dean George wanted to find a meaningful way to give back to her community and found her calling in working with at-risk populations of students.
Dean George then worked for some the largest school districts in the United States of America including Los Angeles Unified and Federal Way School District both teaching and as a stand-in Dean of Students.
It was during her time working with students and parents across various socio-economic backgrounds that she began to develop her Junior Member programs through her organization, The Ladies Club, INC.
Dean George presently works for B.L.A.C.K.S. as Dean of Conduct & Supervision and she also taught at one of B.L.A.C.K.S. campuses working directly with students during summer 2024. She also conducts teacher training and evaluation for B.L.A.C.K.S. success partners.
Dean George is also responsible for maintaining healthy relationships and foistering healthy lines of communication with and between parents and students, students and educators, and success partners and students.
Dean George is committed to excellence and helping her students maximize their potential via positive reinforcement and through the impartation and modeling of useful skillsets to her students. She is also known for reading the poem, “Our Deepest Fear” by Marianne Williamson and telling her students, teachers, and parents to, “Raise their champion hands”.
Dean George is a firm believer that any goal is accomplishable with hard work, commitment, and the establishing of healthy patterns.
Dean George’s organization, the Ladies Club is a sister organization to B.L.A.C.K.S. and some of B.L.A.C.K.S. students have filtered into Dean George’s Juniors membership programs: LIW (Ladies is Wait) and GIT (Gentleman in Training).

Additionally, Dean George has been utilized as an Educational Consultant helping restructure several programs to maximize their efficacy, is a curriculum developer, has been a credited educational consultant for published works, and has several projects underway pertaining to matters in the education sector.
